Parking on pavements causing disruption

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later
Persistent parking on the right hand side pavement of New Bank Street just past Christiana Terrace facing down the hill. This is generally not by residents but by visitors to residents and is often overnight. This is a serious issue as pram users, wheelchair users and simply safe pedestrians are forced onto the road. (I have seen examples!) This is also a very narrow stretch of road on a bus route and there is often noise and disruption as busses beep to get people to move their cars. My neighbour has also seen an ambulance be unable to pass. Yellow lines or better"loading/unloading only" perhaps?
