Abuse of the Disabled Bay

Residents of number 81 have a disabled bay in front their house, this is never in use by the residents although they will park there 2 vehicles on either side of it or infront of neighbours properties, Hampton Rd is occupied with alot of vehicles resulting in finding a car parking space very limited, but residents of number 81 are abusing the disabled bay facility outside there home and will not let other residents park on the bay.

As previously reported this problem of abusing the disabled bay facility is still continuing, the residents will not park on the actual bay but either infront or behind, the 2 vehicles owned by the residents are both Peugeots one is silver reg no. BK05 the 2nd is black Reg no. KV07. This is causing problems for other residents as they have no where to park.
