General lack of street cleaning in golborne gardens

I have liven in Golborne gardens for 30 years and it seems to me that our road is continually overlooked by the street cleaners,even at carnival we seem to be amongst the last of streets to be cleaned,with rubbish hanging around for weeks invariably. I hope you don't mind me bringing this to your attention , thankyou
