Graffiti on utility boxes and fences

Graffiti on utility boxes on the green at Van Dyck Rd. Have been there for some time. Also on fences of the path from Reynolds Ave. The utility (BT?) & the Philip Morant School nearby need to co-operate to keep this area clear.
