Lots of dog fouling

Lots of dog fouling from the entry to the school up to the first houses. This mostly appears to be from a spaniel who keeps escaping out of his garden which backs on the field just before the school entry. I have seen this dog out a fair few times and he does leave messes on the pavement fairly frequently

This particular lot has been sorted out but it is building up again. The "loose" dog seems to be absent now though.
