Grass verge

I have asked the council for a notice to be put into the grass verge outside my house 139 to try and preserve the grass and stop cars being fully parked on the verge but have had no response from them.most of the verges are an utter mess due to the said problem ther was a notice once on the lamp post but they moved the post hope you can be of assistance.
