Stilll dog fouling a concern

This is now my third attempt to bring to Flintshire Coucils attention of the major and serious health risks associated with dog fouling around the area of Boundary Lane and Kinnerton Close. The council reported a few weeks ago that the area had been cleansed.I fail to see how this has happened since there is not only new but obviously very old dog mess around this whole area. If action is not taken there will be no alternative but to compile photographic evidence and publicise the councils unwillingness despite numerous requests to take any action. It is now over 4 weeks since I first mentioned this on he Fix my Street site. I can see others have also. Does it mean we have to write and contact individual councillors before any action is taken?
