The board holding the name Long Meadow situated outside no. 42(at the corner of Clover Hill)is rotten, the posts are coming out of the ground and the whole thing is about to fall over.

Took a long while but nameplate finally fixed. To be fair I haven't chased, so am impressed with the result achieved by the website.
