TARMAC .. What Tarmac !

Why oh why is Gwernant Road (a very busy slip road)NOT tarmaced! Its 2009 now, and over 50yrs since the road was first layed.. with concrete! You have Resurfaced the adjacents roads "Alma Road" and "Warden Hill Rd" but not Gwernant RD. I dont pay my Road tax every year to drive on concrete.
