Speeding Regulation and one way system

Longford road runs adjacent to St Mary's School. Firstly it is very congested and with cars going two ways as the road is very narrow it would be very sensible to make the road one way as currently it causes havoc at busy times of the day. I believe as it is situated outside a school that the speed should be dropped to 20 miles per hour.
