Please look after the fence

The fence around the green has fallen into disrepair, and despite contacting the correct department at calderdale, and having confirmation that this will be painted etc, it's nearly 2 years later and it is getting worse. Please tidy up this unsightly fence.

Picture taken some time ago - this has got worse since.
