Vehicles using the bridle path

Reported anonymously at 18:34, Tue 5 May 2009
Sent to Essex County Council and Chelmsford Borough Council 1 minute later

There are no barriers to the bridle path and vehicles are regularly using it driving all the way up to the top of the lane. There has been some fly tipping in the past and now the recently repaired fencing (by the brook) half way up the lane has been damaged again. Replacing the bollards at the entrance would stop these problems
