Parking problems

I would like to bring to your attention a problem with parked cars outside the shops on Rothbury Gardens. People using the shops park on the street directly outside the shops making it very difficult for passing cars, indeed some cars actually mount the pavement to pass. This problem is compounded by the fact that this is a bus route and is opposite a school. Would it be possible to change some of the pedestrian area outside the shops into parking to retain both of the lanes - allowing cars to pass.
