Grass verges

Would it be possible to remove the grass verges from Heights Drive and replace with proper car parking spaces. The road is constantly parked up and has effectively become a single track road, making it difficuly to travel down. This is made worse by the fact that this is a bus route. Also, the "chicanes" which have been put in take up space which could be used for parking.
