Lack of dog waste bins!

Reported in the Dog fouling category anonymously at 11:34, Sun 3 May 2009
Sent to South Bucks District Council 1 minute later

No dog waste bins on Stoke Common at all, meaning that people can't really pick it up as they have to carry it round! There is one at the entrance, but dogs will obviously not always go on demand at the entrance!! Bearing in mind our council tax has increased, can we not have a couple in/around the common for us responsible dog walkers??

Received response saying it was passed to someone, that's the last I heard.

followed up with an e-mail to the person who e-mailed me to say it had been passed to the relevant people, but no response at all.

Apparantly dog fouling is a high priority for the neighbourhood team - but problems have arisen whereby there is no where on the east common to put the "poop scoop" - bags are littering the entrance from people who don't really want to carry it around!
