Tight access width to high traffic roadway

Multi user roadway, although not deemed highway, its still used by HGV, commercial & residents or many properties and garages. Normal one car garage driveways have this tight access width onto a main roadway, yet this multi used roadway has no wider access. It really needs a better sightline of traffic heading East as emerging vehicles push traffic onto oncoming Westbound lane while edging out enough to see the traffic. Suggest part of West side double-yellow is extended further before a serious incident occurs. Id like to show examples of this to someone in authority, so far its not been looked at in detail, more concern has been on the slight parking reduction than safety at this junction.

Those in authority dont see enough of a problem to alter this, & keep referring to the tree, which is NOT the problem! The sample photo shows there is no line of sight when emerging, when you have you are almost then blocking the east bound carrageway.
