Rivington needs dog bins

Lots of dog dirt is left behind on the ground/in bushes in plastic bags by dog owners all over rivington,there are no dog bins at all.people would use them and it would stop the mess & keep Rivington safe& clean for everyone.

new dog bin provided near bottom barn & dog warden walking about checking if dog owners are cleaning up faeces/£60 fines given if not.
