I live on a flat on llanfair road,ruthin, i have an 8month old daughter who goes to bed at 7pm.unfortunatly this is the time that my next door neighbour decides to put his music on-full blast,therefore my daughter is woken up and screams for hours as he does not turn the music off or down. on one occasion i knocked on and asked him to turn it down but my polite approach did not have any effect so i phoned the police twice.they came round and he turned it off,until the officers had gone an then it was back on. i am at the end of my teather. its not fair on my daughter,she cant sleep and neither can me or my partner!
