Burst mains pipe leaking water

Hi there, It is not directly outside my propery but on my drive home I've seen there is a substantial amount of water streaming down the road. On closer inspection the water is actually coming up through gaps in the pavement and the lowered curbstones. there is a lot of water going to waste and i m concerned it will be damaging the pavement and road too.
