Rubbish and disaray

Rubbish collects here and is tossed over the fence and is used to help tresspassers and those commiting criminal damage on the boudary fence to get over. The area needs throughly cleaning and debris must be removed. THen BFH needs to reconsider the nature of the Boundary as it is not fit for purpose and hasn't been for some time.

People are still chipping off bits of the fence and climbing over. A long term solution is needed such as 'double-skinning' the whole length of the boudary and/or making the fence higher. The boundary shrubbery has lost it's integrity and is thinning. It needs to be reinstated.
