Continual dog fouling at the entrance of old kirkyard. Also very eveident in the Palmer cove area and in particular the childrens play area at Banff links, where despite signs dog owners allow their dogs into the play area

Although you put up No Fouling signs they are ignored

Dog Fouling stickers were put on nearby lamposts but dog owners just ignore them and fouling is still occurring
