Rats

I reported this problem to Mr Dowling in feb/april and still have had no reply. We are rife with rats around the Colton Mills eating areas and also in the retail park area they are running around at all times of the day it is disgusting.

could someone please let me know if any action has been taken yet as it is a large amount of rats that are in this area.

I still have had no reply to this problem and the problem is stil there.
