This rubbish has been collecting in the basement of Lausanne Tce, no 2, for a long time and begins to smell rife.

The rubbish in this basement remains in place, have updated picture and sent to council again but the policy in Thanet appears to favour contating the landlord rather than challenging the tenants of a property.
