Large number of cars parked illegally

Every school day around 5:30pm-6pm there are significant numbers of cars parked on the double yellow lines and on the school crossing yellow zigzag lines. It is often impossible to see the crossing which is very busy with schoolchildren at this time. I have observed several near misses here. One can also frequently not see around the bend as cars are illegally parking on the inside.
