Motorbike and quad bikes

Sent to Ashford Borough Council and Kent County Council less than a minute later

Some people are regularly using the disused sand works (and the footpaths) on Newlands Road for motorbike scrambling and quad biking. The noise is particularly intrusive.

There has been more motorbike activity in the disused sand pit since I first logged my report.

Other than these questionnaires (which I guess are automatically triggered) I have had no feedback from anyone on this matter.

I have now spoken to two people at the council, one in planning and the other in environmental health. I am satisfied that, within the constraints of law and local government, that the issue is being dealt with
