Absent Bins

Some weeks ago, vandals dismantled the well-used bin located close by the children's park. Around the same time, the bin located by the youth sheleter in the park was vandalised. Now we have only one bin located at the bottom of the park to service a lot of users. the amount of rubbish has increased dramatically in the surrounding streets and in the park. There is nowhere to put normal rubbish or dog mess, resulting in hygiene issues. Please replace them with sturdier bins. Thank you.
