Drain / Grate in road blocked by silt

Sent to Amber Valley Borough Council and Derbyshire County Council less than a minute later

As above (subject), the drain overflows when it rains, leaving water pouring down the road and onto pavements. It's outside number 38 thorpes road. hope this can be fixed, thanks

Council sent 2 men out to 'unblock' the drain. They took a wheelbarrow of silt out of it. The next time it rained however, the problem was still the same - the water just doesnt drian away.
