Water leakage

Sent to Lancashire County Council and Lancaster City Council 1 minute later

This site has been 'repaired' twice to my knowledge in the past 3 years all to no avail, the problem still keeps coming back. United utilities could not find my home postcode when I rang them so what chance is there of a repair?

despite 2 phone calls and a call to myself from United Utilities, although I was out and they said they would call back but never did, the leak is still very much apparent!

After many more phone calls I have been informed that the leak has been assessed and it is not, in fact, coming from the oft repaired site. They claim it is because a drain grid is blocked! If this is the case then why, when we have a week of heatwaves and all the road is dry, is the wet area in the middle of the road and not in the gutter?
