Grid keeps banking when a car goes over it and my jump out off the hole indangering the next car

I work for the council have done for the past 12 years.I know it could take up to six months. If they hurry.The MAN HOLE NOW MAKES A VERY LOUD BANGING SOUND WHEN THE CARS GO OVER IT.NO FUN WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO SLEEP AT HIGHT ANY WAY MUST NO GRUMBLE THANKS JOE
