Drain hole appears to be dropping way below level of road - very difficult to avoid - please repair.

large drain cover is several inches below level of road - extremely dangerous as you could loose control of car due to this drop.

Area surrounding drain has really sunk - definitely not been fixed and loks like it is not going to be either.
