Road sinking

Appears to a road repair which has now sunk fairly deep and is lenghtening daily - liable to cause major damage to some vehicle soon. Every day appears to get deeper.

Nothing done as yet - dip still there and getting bigger - who is going to be the first person to sue the council for damage to their car?

road marked about 4 weeks ago since then nothing and the yellow paint marks are fading - do they think by just marking it will heal the wound?

Hole filled with tarmac - problem not fixed just patched over.
