Buckled pavement

There is a section of buckled pavement on the south side of Collier Street as indicated on the map. I only noticed it for the first time yesterday, so I wonder if it was caused by the heavy works vehicles that have been operating on Collier Street this week. Perhaps one of them drove up onto the pavement, which couldn't take its weight? There certainly are track marks nearby.
