Lights left on in school

He recently dissused school in church road has been borded up, but some bright spark has left the lights on inside! does the tax payer have to foot this bill?? can someone please switch them off!!

Unfortunately this matter is not something which Essex County Council,South Area office can deal with. Your comments should be referred toBasildon District Council.

Have just noticed that the borded up school has a tennant! i wonder if he pays council tax?? Or a tv licence come to that. Have seen him fixing an ariel to the roof!!
