Shops puttign stock outside and obstructing pavement in Penmaenmawr

The renovation of the shops looks lovely, however, a number of shops - maininly Furniture ones. have taken to placing their furniture and carpets on the pavement outside. Not only does this look unsightly, but it makes it difficult to negotiate the pavement. Recently, my elderly mother in law had difficulty getting from the cafe to her taxi due to furniture being placed on the pavement. It is time this stopped.
