Virgin media cabinet

The door has been missing from this cabinet for about a month now. I have tried to contact virgin, but the phone number on the cabinet does not work - the ref. number for the cabinet is D16403. I have tried other ways of contacting Virgin over this matter, but I'm not getting anywhere.
