Excessive Dog Fouling at Children's Nursery

This is the location of the driveway to Little People Nursery but for some reason local residents use the border edging as a dog toilet area. Even though it is privately owned are we eligable to get some "no fouling" signs or something as a deterrant and discourage people from doing this?
