Speeding & lack of footpaths

This is a B road and the bend I live on is a death trap. You have 30 & 40 MPH speed limits in force around Llangain where footpaths are provided, but here where the national speed limit is allowed, there is no footpath to/from Lower Llangain's post or phone box. Please provide one and log my complaint of high speeds on this road

No contact has been made since the original confirmation of receipt of my complaint.
Just the same as when I complained over 12 months ago for the same problem, (please note the photo showing the main entrance of my house on the blind bend. A 60mph fast 'B' road with no pavements.
Nothing ever seems to be done in this area unless it involves a school, where they then appear to have unlimited funds and motivation.
