The state of my street

Quite recently i have noticed that the pebbles and stones associated with road surfaces have been building up in the gutter, i have lived there nearly 12 years and i can't remember the last time the road was swept, also there are two big potholes down the road that need a permanent repair, not just filled in with some sub-standard tarmac.
