Eyesore

Rubbish bags are being regularly left in front of the gate which accesses the bins. This is an eyesore and it inhibits the bins being emptied as the gate actually opens outwards. Might I suggest a 'Please don't leave rubbish here' sign.

Some bags were removed by the council and now we have a new load ready and waiting. This problem will continue until something changes eg. a notice on the gate or laeflets through the doors of surrounding flats

As no sign has been established the problem will recurr in the near future.

There has been no change, no notices, rubbish is still dumped at the gate by people who do not have access (key).
