It is now 12th October 2009 and this problem still exists and is, in fact, worse. There is a similar problem at the junction of Dalemeny Road and Charter Avenue, extending in this case as far as Cromwell Lane. There is serious deterioration of work done years ago by statutory undertakers. Anyone on a bike or motorbike is likely to be thrown off.

The only update I can give is that the problem is getting worse. The Highway Authority states it will inspect but whether this has happened I don't know. There are worsening conditions west of this point, from the Charter Avenue/Dalmeny Road junction, as far as the Charter Avenue/Cromwell Lane junction. This is all primarily due to bad reinstatement years ago, by utilities.

Apalling. No one pays any attention. The present City Council is run by time-serving jobs worths.
