Commuters using Foster Close

The only road in the vicinity of Cheshunt railway station without yellow no parking lines is Foster Close. Unfortunately for me, certain commuters believe it is fine for them to park opposite my drive making it almost impossible for me to enter r leave my property. It is also a great concern for the refuge collection and recycling lorries to manouever past these cars without driving oer the grass verge. Four years ago all he other turnings on the estate had yellow lines put down except Foster Close, it has no become totally unacceptable that this road has become a car park. I already have had my water meter damaged beyond repair along with the cable communicationsbox, by lorries driving on the grass verge.
Please please put yellow lines in place before there is a serious accident
