Graffiti, Spray paint on all aspects of the phone box, location Junction of Pheasant Rise, Chesmount Rise, and Rose Drive, can this be cleaned off ?

It appears that the council are not interested, or maybe they are and have passed it to BT, and they are not interested. stilll getting close to election time, maybe that will help

Has it been cleaned, NO, Why would it be, to much trouble and to much expense, and to much for the council and BT to liase

I will just add to my last update, and say it again, the council csnnot be bothered, if it is not for them to deal with, then maybe a call to BT may work, but that would probably make no difference, they, I am sure would not be interested.
