Illegally parked taxis

Taxi's from Fleetways always parked on double yellow lines on built out area near exit to Premier hotel. This obstructs visibility on entering and exiting the slip road.

Actually, the problem seems to have been sorted during the day but at night there are still often taxis parked on double yellow lines by the entrance to Premier Lodge car park.
