Litter on path

There is always a lot of litter on and next to the path which leads from the Virgin gym, over the bridge and into the park. It gathers in the bushes, looks messy and spoils a beautiful area of Chelmsford. I have seen council litter-pickers through here, but they ignored all but the largest bits of rubbish.
