Pot holes in New Street

Small but deep pot hole in the middle of the entrance to New Street hard to avoid as it is right in the A pillar blind spot as you go around the corner and is like hitting a kerb it is so deep, also the state of New Street as a whole is terrible the road surface is dissappearing and the puddles that form in the road due to subsidence result in the front of houses being splashed by water every time a car goes by.

I wish to report to poor roads, both of which are high routes, have been poor for several years and are often affected by fog/low cloud making avoiding holes both difficult and dangerous, especially at night. The roads are: Kirklees (Huddersfield) between Denshaw (Oldham) and Outlane (Huddersfield) A62 near to Buckstones. The road edge (East bound) is now a water course, the road is narrow at best and the hole some 40 yards long is between 2 - 8 inches deep. It was highlighted by unknown in illuminous Yellow spray paint in 2009, nothing has been done. Oldham: Road between Denshaw (Oldham) and M62 J22(Windy Hill) is very rough for approximately 1 mile from Denshaw to Rams Head pub. Please advise on progress. Thanks in advance, Tim Fleet
