Graffiti on fence opposite grassy area and footpath

There is Graffiti on our new estate opposite the grassy area and footpath leading from the main road. It has been there since Christmas Eve 08. I would like it removed as i feel we are coming targeted. A neighbours house has been broken into, there is broken bottles on the foot path and rubbish left in the hedge that links the old housing estate with ours.
