Subsidence

Reported in the Potholes category by Jonathan Frank at 12:34, Wed 1 April 2009
Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later

Due to the large number of busses using this road and the current traffic calming measures, there is serious subsidence down the entire road. This makes the surface totally uneven and it has now started to break up.in some cases the road is a good 6 to 10 inches different in hieght as the chicanes in place for the busses to slalom down the road pushing the surface further aside and down.

Updates

This issue still hasn't been resolved and is rapidly getting worse. I think the road surface is getting to the end of it's life and now it's breaking up very very quickly

Still not resolved, still getting worse. I now take a different route in the wet as I can't risk hitting such en-even surfaces in the wet whilst progressing through the slalom on my motorcycle. (please see new bike test for similar issue)
