Illegal parking

This issue affects the road near my mothers house. This is a double yellow lined verge. There is often a car parked there that stops the buss's able to get past also other traffic. i belive this is on the firetruck route also.

often the cars block in the houses driveway's .

been going on months, but they never get a ticket or anything.
