Reported in the Dog fouling category anonymously at 10:19, Tue 31 March 2009
Sent to Canterbury City Council 1 minute later

There is a major problem with dogs from N0 11 Love Street Close being just kicked out the door to do their business on the paths and other peoples driveways, with the result never being picked up. The same dogs also rummage through and tear open bin bags and scatter refuse everywhere,

The council seem to be aware of the problem but unable to catch the offending dogs in the act!

One neighbour's dog has been observed fouling by the authorities and she has been spoken with and seems to be complying so far. The dogs from number 11 however continue to roam, foul and interfere with refuse.
