Inconsiderate Taxis at Weekends

At the end of Water Lane there is a popular nightclub called Kerbcrawler, many times the nightclub closes at six in the morning on weekends and many taxis congregate outside the nightclub, they double park & block the road so other cars cannot get through and just show absolutley no consideration towards the early morning drivers that need to get to work in Leeds, it may be seen as only a minor issue to some but to others this is a major issue, What if the emergency services had to get through!?

Good luck in getting this sorted. I suspect the Taxi Licensing Dept and the Police will turn their backs. The local Councillors probably won't care either but the MP might be useful.
